The Bradley Firm, LLC. is a diversity and inclusion (D&I) consultancy that helps companies and individuals work effectively across difference. We partner with companies to strengthen team building, advance inclusion, develop diversity initiatives, and provide executive coaching for professionals.

Why

A diverse world should have diverse leadership across public, private, and non-profit sectors. Working across differences can be challenging. Some organizations need support in developing workplaces that attract and retain talent with multiple perspectives, identities and experiences. In addition, advancing in the workplace can require an ability to navigate a complex maze of workplace politics that are rooted in cultural practices which may feel foreign. The Bradley Firm, LLC. works with organizations to create more inclusive spaces and with professionals to better navigate these environments to support their advancement.

How

CONSULTING/COACHING : 

• Our company-wide consulting services are done in partnership with business teams to deepen an understanding of community connectedness and inclusion while assessing workplace culture, policies, and practices to ensure they do not contribute to stalemates in community building. (Examples include organizational assessments and company-wide workshops)

• We provide individualized counsel and coaching services for C-suite executives advising them on how to best address unique advancement challenges faced in the workplace.

SPEAKING: Whether it’s a workshop, a panel, or a keynote presentation, we facilitate and lead candid conversations around community connectedness, diversity, and inclusion in organizations, institutions, and companies.

TRAINING: We host interactive trainings  for professionals in the areas of Community Building, Diversity, and Inclusion.
