Naisha Bradley
Naisha Bradley is an experienced diversity and inclusion strategist who advises organizations and individuals on how to best approach efforts to work across difference. With a leadership background in higher education, Naisha helps to increase diversity, deepen inclusion, and advance a sense of belonging among multiple stakeholder groups. She collaborates with organizations to facilitate and lead discussions on how to diagnose and address racial and gender bias, partners with employee resource groups on how to leverage their political capital to advance their diversity and inclusion agenda, and works with C-suite executives to identify policies and practices that would lead to creating a more supportive and equitable professional climate. Naisha has coached multiple professionals, facilitated customized DEI interactive sessions and traveled to Monrovia, Liberia to assist in bringing Gender Mainstreaming workshops to government officials (2007). She is dedicated to increasing the recruitment, hiring, promotion, and retention of a more diverse workforce.
